Cancellation and Refund Policy

Guided Trip Cancellation and Refund Policy:

30+ days before the trip: Full refund of your deposit.
15-29 days before the trip: 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
14 days or less before the trip: The deposit is non-refundable.
No-shows or cancellations on the trip day: The full trip amount will be charged, and no refund given.
If the trip is canceled due to unsafe weather or unsafe water conditions, you should receive a full refund of what you paid or the option to reschedule the trip.
